The Advertiser would like the Influencer’s services in promoting / offering / selling the Advertiser’s products via their social media accounts.

The Agency hereby appoints the Influencer as the Advertiser’s representative on a non-exclusive, non-employee basis to endorse and promote its services to the target audience. 

Please refer to the dates listed above in your campaign manager for your draft due date and content live deadline. Content should be posted within 21 days of being accepted in the campaign.

Posts must follow FTC guidelines, including #ad disclosure. For all Instagram posts, disclosure must be in the first 80 characters of caption. Instagram captions exceeding 5 sentences must begin with disclosure. See more here: http://1.usa.gov/1FRMynQ

Please ensure you use your own unique audio/voice to make your reel.

Add the collaboration with the brand on the reel.

the brand will be able to accept your collaboration and feature it on their social media feed.

Tag @sigoseguros on every STORY in a visible area and Reel.

Your content MUST be approved before posting.

Campaign consists of 3 REEL (1 PER MONTH), 6 SET OF STORY (PER MONTH) (2-4 frames each) and publications’ performance (Analytics for feed and post stories including impressions, likes, comments, and saves)

Tag Sigo Seguros’ social account for that platform in the copy of all social posts

Make sure captions or text overlay are added to the video before it’s posted. 

Influencer’s face must be visible

Creator guidelines

*Music: You MUST only use the royalty-free Instagram library Sound Collection for music. No other royalty-free or commercially cleared music is permitted. You must include the music you intend to use when submitting your draft, so we can review it for rights infringement issues!

*High-Resolution Video: Please plan to provide us with a high-resolution version of the video you’ve created in connection with this campaign without the watermark at no additional cost to the brand.

*Stickers: Please note, stickers from the Instagram apps are not commercially licensed for paid content use – do not use.

*Additional Permissions: Do not feature any of the below elements in your branded content, unless you have written approval and/or rights.

-Logos / Third Party Intellectual Property
-Other People / Extras in Content
-Public Locations (including famous buildings, national parks, etc)

*Watermark: If the video has a watermark on it before posting, it cannot be used. We recommend using screen-recording to review drafts prior to posting.

*Draft Submission Requirements:

-Drafts of the required deliverables must be submitted (we will provide a link to submit). You will allow for up to two (2) rounds of revisions to the video, title, description and thumbnail drafts prior to being published or sent through for use.

-Please screen-record or export your video draft and include your proposed caption. When submitting your draft, please include all deliverables and caption info (e.g. hashtags, mentions, etc). Your drafts should be reflective of the content you intend to post.

Content should be: 

  • Should feel authentic to your brand 
  • Influencer’s face must be visible 
  • Posts must follow FTC guidelines, including #ad disclosure. For all Instagram posts, disclosure must be in the first 80 characters of caption. Instagram captions exceeding 5 sentences must begin with disclosure.  See more here: http://1.usa.gov/1FRMynQ
  • Tag Sigo Seguros’ social account for that platform in the copy of all social posts
  • Make sure captions or text overlay are added to the video before it’s posted. 
  • Content’s audio must be owned by influencer, brand or must be royalty-free 
  • Content should be uniquely created in your voice, cannot contain any infringing material, or any content that is libelous, slanderous, contains any kind of pornography or nudity, includes alcohol or drugs, includes hate speech, contains violence or any other kind of objectionable material 
  • Influencer must drive to link in bio, sticker tap to link (or swipe up) 

Content should be approved by Sigo Seguros before posting.

Sigo Seguros will maintain rights to use all videos/photo assets indefinitely without providing influencer further compensation. This includes but is not limited to use on social media and websites
